2. General Principles

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our services, based on user consent or a legal basis.

3. Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically logs: IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, browser/OS. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security). Deleted after max. 7 days.

4. Data Processed by the App (app.ordsbot.com)

The OrdsBot application processes:

• Bitcoin wallet addresses — for transaction identification (public blockchain data)
• Encrypted seed phrase — stored locally on your own server, AES-256 encrypted; never accessible to us
• Encrypted API keys — for Satflow marketplace authentication
• Bot activity logs — records of executed actions for debugging

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) & Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). No third-party sharing except technically required Satflow API communication.

5. Cookies

Only technically necessary session cookies are used (e.g. auth tokens). Deleted when the browser is closed. No consent required (§ 25 para. 2 TDDDG). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

Google Fonts

Fonts loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA) — your IP is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We can self-host fonts on request.

Satflow API

The app communicates with Satflow.com to execute trades, transmitting wallet addresses and PSBT data. See Satflow's privacy policy for their data handling.

§ 1 Scope

These Terms govern the use of OrdsBot software and web interface at ordsbot.com and app.ordsbot.com (the "Service"), operated by [Your Name, Address] (the "Operator").

§ 2 Service Description

OrdsBot is an automated software tool for Bitcoin Ordinals trading on Satflow. It provides: automated bidding, automated listing, and market data dashboard. The Service is a technical tool only — it does not constitute financial advice or any activity regulated under KWG or WpHG.

§ 3 No Financial Advice — Risk Warning

The Operator provides no investment advice or recommendations. Automated cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. Bitcoin and Ordinals prices are highly volatile. You may lose your entire invested capital. Every user trades solely at their own risk and is solely responsible for all bot-executed transactions. We strongly recommend seeking independent financial and legal advice before use.

§ 4 Limitation of Liability

4.1 Trading Losses

The Operator is not liable for financial losses arising from use of the Service, including losses from automated trading decisions, adverse market movements, user misconfiguration, or Satflow failures.

4.2 Technical Failures

No liability for damages from outages, connection interruptions, bugs, or failed transactions, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

4.3 Statutory Limits

The above do not apply to damages from injury to life, body, or health, or from grossly negligent/wilful breach. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

§ 5 User Obligations

Users agree to: use the software lawfully only; keep credentials (seed phrase, API keys) secure; not engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other prohibited activities; not abuse the Service (DoS, reverse engineering, etc.). Violations may result in immediate suspension.

§ 6 Wallet Security

Your seed phrase is AES-256 encrypted and stored on your own server. The Operator never has access to unencrypted private keys or seed phrases. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials. The Operator accepts no liability for losses from lost or compromised seed phrases.

§ 7 Availability

The Operator aims for high availability but provides no uptime guarantee. Maintenance will be announced where possible.

§ 8 Changes to Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms at any time with future effect. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

§ 9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN CISG. For merchants and users without a general place of jurisdiction in Germany: Operator's registered location.

§ 10 Severability

If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remainder is unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally effective rule closest to its economic purpose.
